Cynthia Joyce, Special Education Administrator"Awesome, The Best, He Rocks, Wonderful, and When is He Coming Back" just a few of the hundreds of program evaluations I have reviewed after Allan presents to a group of educators and or parents. Feedback from participants is always 100% positive. Allan is knowledgeable and always well prepared. As a Special Education Administrator I knew I could depend on Allan to work with staff and administrators in way that would assist us as a district to improve. Allan brings objectivity and creativity to his presentations, which involves all participants in the process. Allan's work is INVALUABLE. Thank you so much Allan Blume

Dear Allan,
I just wanted to say thank you for all of the professional development you have provided for my special education staff, guidance counselors, social workers and psychologists over these last two years. The depth of knowledge you have in regard to special education law, IEP's, transition plans along with your relaxed demeanor and clear articulation of information has enhanced and advanced our skill set in Danvers. I look forward to the continued professional development relationship between you and Danvers Schools. Mary Tatem, Psy.D. |

Administrator of Student Services Swampscott, MA Your workshop was paced well, informative and jam packed with great ideas for writing a comprehensive effective IEP. I have never had this much enthusiasm about a workshop so I'm really pleased that the staff found it so helpful. Louise D’Amato Director, Special Education Burlington Public Schools Allan has just finished a 4-part training on writing an effective IEP for my staff. The staff loved Allan's presentation and found the training valuable. We have know streamlined how we write our IEP so they are consistent pre-k to 12. Allan did an outstanding job making this very dry topic engaging and useful to the staff. In fact, they keep asking if he will come back. |
